I just did a stamp camp Saturday and we charged $50 early bird registration, and $60 after that date. Our cost to make 9 projects came to $25, we made $25 in profit (plus commissions) from each person. There were 3 of us doing the event and we had to each pay $25 to the church we rented. We did not provide any drinks, food, etc. We told everyone to bring a brown bag lunch, any snacks they may want, and a big drink to last them the day. It worked GREAT! In the past, we have always catered our events but that gets SO expensive and it's just "one more thing" we have to do so this was wonderful.
Our event went from 10am to 4pm and most everyone finished.
I had 15 people come and spent about $350 with SU and about $150 elsewhere so I made $250 pure profit plus my commissions. Now, I have to tell you, I spent countless hours cutting and prepping. There's a lot of prep!
Stamp a Stacks are a great start because everyone loves cards and the cost is fairly low for them. In my area, I charge $25 for 10 cards with envelopes. We do 2 each of 5 designs. I have close to 30 come to this event. Compare this to my stamp camp. I make the same money, but more people. The prep is close to the same too.

Karin, welcome to SU! As far as your question on what to charge for a stamp camp, that really depends on what projects you are planning on making. You want to cover your costs, pay for your time, plus make some money. I wish I had more concrete answers but I have seen Stamp Camps that can be $25-$100 depending on what you're making and if you're including a stamp set. The area you live in can make a huge difference too.
Hey Karin, I have been with Stampin' Up! for almost 20 years but I quit once. So not I just got my 5 year again last year. I simply share what I love by telling my story and if there are new customers I just sit them next to some one experienced and I try to be very organized and ask everyone to book a party. No I am not going to the Milwaukee regional as I went to the one in San Antonio after Leadership was over. It was so fun and cute make and takes. I try to get all the points I can but still am not close to winning the trips but I am trying hard. LOL.

Please go to the Discussions and use the search tools to search for "watermark" or "watermarks". This has been described repeatedly in discussion topics. It all depends on what kind of computer and software you are using. Also, how you open your images and so on.
