  • THANKS LISA! Was great to  meet you today, keep in touch. 
  • I used the 1 3/8" circle punch to punch out dsp. Lay the washer on the dsp paper and trace the inside circle. Punch out center with 3/4" punch. Glue dsp to flat side of washer , make sure edges are adhered good. Use sanding block to sand edges. At this point I like to decorate the piece. (Just to get an idea for placement). Then I move the jewels to the side. Add crystal effects to entire surface. Then I add the jewels etc. to the wet piece. No need to push down jewels. Let dry completely.(takes several hours) Using about 18" of silk cord, tie ends in a knot . Now find the center of the cord and put in the center hole going thru the bottom of the washer. Loop the knotted ends thru the fold and pull. Makes a really nice loop when finished. The washers were found at Home Depot and they are 1 1/2".
