  Rose you asked for instructions on how to make my Open Sea 15th birthday card. I'm sorry I don't have any however my hubby said he would help me make a tutorial. Never made one before so give me a day or two and see if we can do it. If not I'll write out the directions. You will need to go to the card front for the tutorial.
