    Hi Susan,

    Thanks for your request. Are you getting ready for Convention swaps? I'm in the discouraging stages of recovering from my replacement of my knee replacement. It's the painful physical therapy that gets me down. Making cards gives me a lift and is a great distraction. Before my surgery, I organized a Stamp Camp fundraiser for a teacher group I belong to, and we raised $1100 for 3 outstanding student teachers. I'm making cards for those who donated and could not attend. I'm also making cards for the lovely people who've been bringing us dinners. I have lots of reasons to make cards. Well, I'm rambling, so time to go. Have a blast at Convention and thanks for thinking of me. I'll look forward to next year!!!  Love, Suzy McBride

    Thank you for the kind words! I feel like I've seen you before - several times! Were you ever a member of either Yahoo! Group - StampinUpFriends (SUF) or CreativeStampingFriends (CSF)? It's driving me crazy to know why you look so darned familiar! LOL

    I *LOVE* the idea of the charm bracelet that was talked about at Leadership! I've already purchased bracelets & their first charm (an angel for our team name). The problem I'm having is what incentives other than the "big" ones (sales & recruits), what do you give charms for & how often? Is this for your 1st level only (I'm assuming so since they may have their own teams)? Did you send a flyer explaining the program, listing the incentives & charms along with the bracelets? One other thing - do you give the charms monthly or quarterly? I know that may be a personal choice but I'm trying to get my thinking in order so I can start this "Incentive Program" myself.
