I have been using stampin up products for a long time. When the opportunity came up, financially, for me to become a demonstrater, I jumped at the chance. I have not set up any classes or workshops yet, but I may be doing that in our senior community. In the meantime, I get a good discount on my purchases. Since I do enjoy all the products, I purchase quite alot.
I think what I enjoy about Stampin Up products the most is you can match all the colors in your creations. That alone makes it so much easier to create some unique cards. Rather than spend precious minutes or maybe even hours trying to get all your colors to match.
I didn't join as a demonstrator with the expectation of making money. That would be nice, however I don't think I want to put in the long hours it would take to make it a profitable venture. If I can still make my cards and keep that enjoyment in my life and get a discount on all my products, that in itself is enough for me.
However, I am going to put out some flyers and see if there is an interest here in our little community, and if there is, I will look into doing some classes.
